Meggan was only three years old when her mother got her started on Yoga in a small farming community in
Zimbabwe,
Africa. Then in 1999 she completed her Yoga Teacher’s Training in
Varanasi,
India. In 2001 she encountered Sri Sri Ravi Shankar’s Art of Living Course in

In 2004 she became a teacher of Art of Living courses and now teaches a wide range of Art of Living programs, designed to enhance the health and happiness of individuals of all ages and backgrounds.
