Meggan's yoga sessions are taught in a relaxed and friendly environment, with sincerity and joy.   Sessions begin with a short warm-up, leading into a combination of gentle and vigorous asanas, and end with a guided relaxation, designed to leave your body energised and mind relaxed and clear. The focus is not only on the physical poses (asanas) but also on breath awareness and on the wellbeing of your mind and emotions. Yoga is as much about us becoming physically healthy as it is about us being calm in our mind and stable in our emotions.

The Sri Sri Yoga Course
Experience the true essence of yoga. The Sri Sri Yoga course gives you a unique experience of yoga as you are taken through a unique combination of gentle and vigorous postures, pranayamas, yoga nidra and meditation.  Open to beginners as well as experienced practitioners looking to deepen their practice.
