The Art of Living
Sri Sri Ravi Shankar, Founder of The Art of Living Foundation.
What is The Art of Living Part 1 Course?
In a harmonious environment, it’s easy to say, “I feel peaceful and content.” However, when nothing goes to plan and utter chaos surrounds you, it's very valuable to still be able to say “Yes! I am peaceful and happy.” Then you have attained something very special ... and that is The Art of Living.
The Art of Living Part 1 Course is fun-filled and inspirational six session program. The jewel of the course is the Sudarshan Kriya (a unique breathing practice), which releases stress from your body and mind. The simple & powerful breathing techniques which you learn are designed to bring lasting transformation in all areas of your life, while life’s deepest secrets are revealed to you in a language that is easily understood. Give yourself the gift of a lifetime and join us for one of the upcoming workshops .... click here to book and register online.
This course is open to anyone over the age of 18 years.
Meggan's Personal Experience
When I first heard about the Art of Living Course I was teaching yoga and was therefore already familiar with breathing techniques, but when I did the Suddarshan Kriya I realised there was so much more to experience. Although I'd 'tried' to meditate before, nothing made it easier for me than doing the kriya. Through the course I felt as though lifetimes of garbage were being thrown out. It was a complete detox from the inside out and caused such a tranformation in my life that I decided to do the Teacher's Training Course.
Meggan's Ulitimate Fulfillment
Now one of
thousands of volunteers across the globe, I've
been teaching the Art of Living Part 1 course since 2004. Of everything I do, this is what I love most. There's nothing as fulfilling as witnessing the profound tranformations which happen in the lives of those who experience this course.
